All our prices here include airport pick up, flights (to EBC), accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, a guide and includes the trekking permits you need (SNPE+ TIMS)

We are also giving a 5% discount on many of our treks this year.

How much do we charge for an Everest Base Camp Trek? And what’s the full itinerary?

Here’s the break down:

For 11 nights, 12 days we charge USD$ 1600 for a single person (includes return flight tickets to Lukla/Kathmandu, all your meals, permits and a fully qualified guide). Offer: 5% discount = Total USD$1520

If two people USD$ 1350 per person (includes return flight tickets to Lukla/Kathmandu, all your meals, permits and a fully qualified guide). Offer: 5% discount = Total USD$1282 per person

If three people USD$ 1150 per person (includes return flight tickets to Lukla/Kathmandu, all your meals, permits and a fully qualified guide). Offer: 5% discount = Total USD$1092 per person

If more than three (max of 5) USD$1100 (includes return flight tickets to Lukla/Kathmandu, all your meals, permits and a fully qualified guide).Offer: 5% discount = Total USD$1045 per person

Included with these prices are: airport pick up, Lukla flight, accommodation on the trek, breakfast, lunch, dinner, a guide and includes the trekking permits you need (SNPE+ TIMS) – also included in the price is insurance for guides and porters so there is no onus on our clients.

Not included: Drinks, trekking equipment and personal insurance.

5% of all our profit goes to the ongoing earthquake relief in local communities.

4th Day 7:30, after Breakfast Trek to Debocha5-6hr. Visit Tengboche Monastery Stay overnight in Debocha(3820 M.)
5th Day 7:30, after Breakfast Trek to Dingboche5-6hr. Stay overnight in Dingboche, 4410m.
6th Day 7:30, after Breakfast Acclimatization day Hike to Chhukung 4730 mt. and back 4 hr. Stay overnight in Dingboche, 4410m.
7th Day 7:30, after Breakfast Trek to Lobuche5-6hr. Stay overnight in Louche, 4910 m.
7th Day 7:00, after Breakfast Trek to Gorak shep, 4-5 hr. Up to EBC, 3hr,5364m. Stay overnight in Gorak Shep, 5140. m
9th Day 4:30 wake up Trek to Kala Patthar, Everest Viewpoint (5550M.) 1.10 hr. Back to hotel 40 min. & have breakfast, than trek to Pheriche, 5hr. Stay overnight in Pheriche4240m.
10th Day Trek to Debocha6-7 hr. Stay overnight in Debocha (3820 M.)
11th Day 7:30, after Breakfast Trek to Namche6hr Stay over night in Namche Bazaar (3440m)
12th Day 7:30, after Breakfast Trek to Lukla. Stay over night in Lukla (2840m)
13th  Day 6:30, after Breakfast Fly back to KTM,

Are there any additional or hidden charges?

No! We make everything clear up front so there will be no hidden or unexpected fees!

Having Lunch on the trek to Everest

However please be aware there can be changes in pricing based on any additional requirements you might have.

Here are a few examples of things you might want to consider to either lower the cost or as optional extras:

  • How many people are included? Generally the more people on the trek, the lesser the cost per person. (Please note we only allow one guide to five people to maximize safety and enjoyment of a trek)
  • Extending your trek
  • Do you want to upgrade your accommodation? The above is set for average accommodation in Nepal that most people are quite happy with. If you wish to upgrade to rooms with heaters or room service we will need to adjust the pricing.

Also please keep in mind that charges go up during peak season due to demand!
